About Us

As one of Seattle’s top real estate teams, we meet with people 7 days a week between 8am-10pm. If you’d like to set up a time to meet up and see if we’re a good fit to work together, all you have to do is schedule a time. It’s super easy, and there’s no obligation or pressure (seriously, we don’t pressure anyone ever!). Just click the button below and let us know what type of appointment you’d like to set up. If you’d like to meet for the first time, just click on the “Initial Consultation” button (this is for either buyers or sellers). The meeting is free and usually takes place at a bar/restaurant or coffee shop that’s convenient for you (near your home or workplace). So click on the button and choose an appointment type. Why work with a single agent when you can work with a team? As a team, we can be here for you when you need us. Having more manpower makes it easier to attend appointments on tight schedules, and allows us to accomplish a lot more in less time than a solo agent can.

We’re Not Pushy (at all!)

We work within your time frame. We will educate you along the way on both the process of buying the house, as well at what you get for your money in different neighborhoods. We will never push you or pressure you into buying and will probably even talk you out of buying a few houses along the way. We go to every home inspection and know how to look for “red flags” so you don’t end up buying a lemon.

We Listen to What you Want

Have you ever talked to a salesperson, told them exactly what you’re looking for, and then they show you something completely different than what you just asked for?

Numerous clients come work with us after working with another real estate agent who just wouldn’t listen to what they wanted. The first time you meet up with us, it will usually be over a coffee or beer while we sit and listen to your wants, needs, and dislikes. We do this before taking you out to look at houses because we know how to refine your search on the front end. With our knowledge of the local real estate market, we will be able to quickly determine if what you’re looking for is realistic or not. This not only saves you time but also streamlines the searching process.

Being a full time, hit the pavement everyday real estate agent since 2005, Christian has been through the ups and downs of the real estate market. He has seen the good times and the bad times. Whether it’s currently a hot Seller’s market or a hot Buyer’s market, you need to have an agent with the right “tools” to get you what you want.

In addition to our many transactions, the agents at Awesome Nossum have experience in buying and selling numerous homes for themselves. Combined with the extremely talented and knowledgeable agents that they work with at Wilson Realty Exchange, we have compiled a large “bag-O’-tricks” that we can use depending on your specific situation. If we ever hit a roadblock or need a second opinion on what to do during a negotiation, we have ten 20+ year real estate veterans that we can lean on. Not many real estate agents can say that. Most work with a ton of newer agents and a few veteran agents (that are generally pretty cutthroat and play their cards close to the chest). That’s part of the reason why we have chosen not to work for some big fancy office, and instead work at a small, independent office with long tenured agents who are open and happy to share their knowledge.

Always Connected

We can usually be found looking at our iPhones, iPad Minis, or MacBooks when we’re not showing houses or meeting with home sellers. We’re always connected to a device so we are easy to get a hold of 7 days a week, between 7:30am – 10pm (and often later). At any given time, there will be an agent available to answer your questions, meet up, or to write an offer. We work longer and harder than most real estate agents in the business and it shows.

We Can Be Paperless

ipad_signIf it’s possible to complete a task without using paper, we are probably doing it the paperless way. For example, you don’t need to worry about printing anything out or scanning/faxing paperwork back and forth. We use Electronic Signatures to make the home buying process as easy and painless as possible. You can do everything from your smartphone, tablet or computer (and you don’t need to be super tech-savvy — we’ve got you covered).
