Selling and Buying a home at the same time Part 4- “How to Sell your House in Seattle”
Buying and selling at the same time can be tricky for some agents to coordinate but I have actually had a ton of clients who have done this so I consider myself kind of an expert in this area. The key is making a solid plan before you jump in.
The first thing you should keep in mind when upgrading to a new home is that timing is everything! Make sure you have a plan for selling your old house before purchasing a new one. If you need to sell your old house in order to pay for the new house then you need to make sure your old house is prepped and ready to go on the market before you start looking too seriously for a new house otherwise you can get yourself in a big time crunch.
