Even if you’ve purchased a house a time or two, this will be a great refresher for you (and probably educate you on new changes in the process over the years).

He’s Not Pushy

Christian works on your time frame. He’ll educate you along the way on both the process of buying the house, as well at what you get for your money in different neighborhoods. He’ll never push you or pressure you into buying, and more often that not he’ll probably talk you out of buying a few houses along the way (since he goes to every home inspection, he’s learned to look for “red flags” in homes so you don’t buy a lemon).

Have you ever talked to a salesperson, told them exactly what you’re looking for, and then have them show you something that is completely different than what you just asked for? Yeah, Christian has too. He’s had numerous clients come work with him after first working with another real estate agent that just wouldn’t listen to what they wanted. Usually, the first time you ever meet up with Christian, he’ll buy you a coffee or beer and sit and listen to your wants, needs, and dislikes before you ever go out looking at houses. Being a full time, hit the pavement everyday, real estate agent since January, 2005, Christian has been through the ups and downs of the real estate market (and survived to talk about it). He’s seen the good times, and the bad times. Whether it’s currently a hot Seller’s market, or a hot Buyer’s market, you need to have an agent with the right “tools” to get you want you want. Christian’s numerous transactions, experience from buying and selling numerous homes for himself, and the extremely talented and knowledgeable agents that he works with at Wilson Realty Exchange, have created a large “bag-O’-tricks” that he can dig into depending on your situation. He’s always connected to a device, and is easy to get a hold of 7 days a week, between the hours of 7:30am – 10pm (often later). He’s available for you, to answer your questions, to meet up, or to write up an offer. He works longer and harder than most real estate agents in the business, and it shows.

Paperless Agent

For example, you don’t ever need to worry about printing anything out, or scanning or faxing any paperwork back and forth.
