Understanding Your “Seattle House” “Final HUD”

How to Buy a “Seattle Home” Part 14 – “Seattle House” “Final HUD”

There a few random costs involved with buying a house you may not have thought about. First is the cost of the inspection of the house which usually is between $300-$500 and its based off sqft and building type. Condos are less. If you need to get a sewer scope to make sure everything is working well with the sewer that will cost you about $200.

Lucky for you, as a buyer your agent (hopefully me) is free! The seller pays their own agent and yours. You may have also heard about closing costs. Those may or may not be paid by the seller. This is something you can negotiate.

The Final HUD runs down all the costs of buying a house. The loan costs and title and escrow fees.
